What we verify, and what we don't claim
Most peptide suppliers ask to be believed. This page lists the measurements behind every batch we ship, how to check them yourself, and where our evidence stops.

1. Checks performed on every batch
No lot is released to stock before all four results are recorded against its lot number. Results are attached to the batch record and printed onto the Certificate of Analysis.

2. How to obtain a COA
Every parcel contains the COA of the lot it was packed from. If you need it earlier — for an approval file, a purchase order or a comparison — email [email protected] with your order ID or the lot number. We reply with the signed PDF, normally within one business day.
A COA is only meaningful if the lot on the paper matches the lot on the label. Both use the same format: SYN-<compound>-<YYWW>-<batch>.
3. Traceability
- The lot number is printed on the kit label, sealed under the tamper band.
- The same lot number appears in the COA header and in the order record.
- If the label and the COA disagree, the batch is treated as unverified and replaced.
- Batch records are retained for five years, so a 2026 COA can still be re-issued in 2031.
4. Cold chain
Kits leave the shelf only into insulated packaging with a conditioned cold pack, rated for 96 hours at 2–8 °C. Dispatch runs on Monday and Wednesday, before the courier cut-off, so no parcel sits in a depot over a weekend. USA, Canada and Australia travel by DHL Express; the UK by Royal Mail Tracked; the EU by EDP/Chronopost refrigerated services.
On arrival: check the cold pack is still cool, then move the kit straight to 2–8 °C. Storage handling is covered in this protocol note.
5. Payment integrity
- Each order receives its own deposit address — not a shared, reused address.
- The crypto amount is fixed for 30 minutes, then recalculated from the live rate.
- Funds sweep automatically to the Synedica wallet after the confirmation threshold: BTC 2, LTC 3, ETH 8, USDT-TRC20 20.
- Only the coin and network shown at checkout is valid. USDT on ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana or any other chain will not be credited.
- Underpayments go to manual review; the shortfall is requested before dispatch.
6. Checks you can run without trusting us
- Mass: a 40 mg kit should weigh within the tolerance of the vial and excipient mass; a wildly light vial is a red flag.
- Lot cross-check: the label lot must equal the COA lot and the order record lot.
- Analytical shape: a real HPLC trace has a main peak and visible minor peaks. A single perfect spike usually means a redrawn chromatogram.
- Courier: the tracking number must exist on the courier's domain before dispatch is declared.
- Payment: confirm the deposit address changes between two of your own orders.
7. Where our evidence stops
- Everything here is in-vitro research data. We publish no clinical endpoints and no dosing regimen.
- Purity is measured on the released lot. Once a kit is reconstituted, handling determines stability — that part is on the bench, not on the COA.
- Analytical testing is performed by third-party laboratories; we do not operate our own HPLC in-house and we say so.
- Customs outcomes are outside our control. We declare at cost and supply paperwork, but a seizure is decided by the destination authority.
- Reviews are collected on-site and moderated for spam, not for sentiment — a critical review stays published.
