Service area

Synedica Labs ships to the United States, Canada and Australia via DHL Express, plus the United Kingdom and the European Union / EEA. Canada and Australia freight is calculated proportionally from the USA DHL Express base rate and shown clearly before payment.

1. DHL Express — USA, Canada & Australia

  • DHL Express USA (3 business days, guaranteed) — £24.99 (about 32 USD)
  • DHL Express Canada (3–4 business days) — £29.99 · proportional freight: 1.2× USA DHL base, rounded to £29.99.
  • DHL Express Australia (5–7 business days) — £39.99 · proportional freight: 1.6× USA DHL base, rounded to £39.99.
  • USA covers all 50 states. Canada and Australia are countrywide service areas, subject to DHL remote-area availability.
  • Door-to-door tracking. Research-use documentation and COA included.
  • Refrigerated cold-chain maintained throughout transit (2–8 °C, 96-hour rating).
  • If DHL materially misses the advertised delivery window, contact us for a shipping review and replacement support where required.

2. How proportional freight is calculated

We use the USA DHL Express cold-chain rate as the public baseline: £24.99. Canada is charged at 1.2× the USA baseline and rounded to £29.99. Australia is charged at 1.6× the USA baseline and rounded to £39.99. This reflects DHL zone distance, export handling and the same insulated cold-chain packaging used for USA orders.

5. Dispatch days

Orders are dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday 18:00 GMT ship the following Monday. USA orders placed before Monday 09:00 GMT typically arrive by Thursday. Canada usually arrives in 3–4 business days and Australia in 5–7 business days after dispatch.

6. Cold-chain packaging

All shipments use refrigerated insulated foam containers with phase-change cooling material that maintains 2–8 °C in transit (rated up to 96 hours of cold-chain integrity).

7. Discreet delivery

External packaging is plain — no branding, no product disclosure. Internal documentation includes only research labelling and the Certificate of Analysis (COA). Tracking is provided immediately upon dispatch.

8. Customs

Synedica Labs handles export documentation for all USA, Canada, Australia, UK and EU shipments. International orders ship with research-use documentation and full COA. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, tax or destination-country compliance requirements charged by their local authority.

9. Lost or damaged shipments

If a package arrives damaged or fails QC inspection on receipt, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We replace or refund without delay — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
